CCJP Information Desk

by admin
The Catholic Commission for Justice Peace (CCJP) Coordinating Team has embarked on a drive to increase awareness of CCJP in the Archdiocese of Harare. This has been necessitated by questions raised at different parishes during CCJP activities. The team set up Information Desks at the launch of the Extra Ordinary Mission Month at St Peter’s Kubatana, Highfields, on 19th October 2019, and at the Harare Dunhu Mubatanidzwa held at the Rockwood Spiritual Centre on 26th October 2019.
The aim is to interact with the congregation in the Archdiocese of Harare, provide information on the duties and roles of CCJP in the Archdiocese, advise and encourage congregants to be active members of CCJP and thus help in fostering justice and peace in their communities, the Church and the country. ‘Together We Can’ is the message that is going out to all congregants in the Archdiocese in nation building and in encouraging them to be members of CCJP.
The Information Desks are already proving to be popular and useful.
